    Bio:
My name is Leo and I'm a professional game developer. I specialize in environment art and FX, which is supplemented by my generalist background. I have nearly a decade of experience since my humble roots as a game modder. I'm completely self taught, and I'm as passionate about games now, as I was when I made my first map for the original Rainbow Six years ago.

I started off modding games for PC, such as Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Farcry, and Unreal Tournament. Starting off designing and building maps, I quickly learned to create my own 3D props and assets. I used to do this for the fun of it, but one day I decided to make it my career. Along the way I've worked in advertising, visualizations, and now I work exclusively in the video games industry.

I play more video games than I probably should. When I'm not out and about, you will find me either on Steam, in front of my XBox One, or my PS4. If you were to ask me my favorite games, it'd be a long list! So here's some of my all time favorites in no particular order:
Suikoden, Legend of Dragoon, The Elder Scrolls, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Dino Crisis, Max Payne, Grand Theft Auto, Gears of War, Madden Football, Mass Effect, Splinter Cell, Joint Ops, Silent Hill, Uncharted, Assassin's Creed, Red Dead Redemption, and Payday.

If you have any questions or you would like to present me with an opportunity you think I would be interested in, please feel free to contact me through the form below and we can touch base. I'm always on the look out for interesting projects. Thanks for visiting!

Video Game Art

I most recently wrapped up work on Halo: Master Chief Collection, which was my first time working on the Halo franchise. I had the pleasure of working with a talented group of people. I was an environment artist on the project, some of my work included modeling, texturing, and world building.

Lost Planet 3, which was a fun game to work on, is where I got to work with some of the best people in the industry, and hope to work with as many of them as possible again in the future. I was an environment, FX, and cinematics artist on LP3, and some of my work included lighting, world building, FX, material creation, modeling, texturing, sculpting, and cinematics. I was also responsible for a large portion of the intro cinematic to the game.

I also worked on a next-gen game running on Unreal Engine 4. I was picked to work on a specialized team developing the studio's first next-gen game, where I was the principal FX artist. I planned, and created all of the FX for the game.

Presently I am working with Game School Online to create some of the very best training for Unreal Engine 4. The training I've created covers 3D art production, environment art, level design, and FX.
